I'm Green
I had a birthday at the end of March - I turned the 'new 40' My family bought me a great present. Every middle aged man's (or am I really a senior now?) dream. Check out the picture above.
A Harley? A Vespa?
Will I head out to the open road and look for Marlon Brando and the Wild Ones?
Not likely.
However, I am now officially green.
The machine you see above is an electric bike. Yes, electric, with a battery pack and everything.
No noise, no emissions - no speed either - but still serviceable and fun.
It won't be the open road but it will be back and forth to Starbucks and the University.

Nice present... I always wanted a bike, but my parents thought it was not a good idea, as many of other ideas i still had. I wonder if i can borrow it now that my parents are far far faaaaaaaar away!!!
